Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

We currently ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times are approximately 7–12 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 AUD. A flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD applies to orders under $75 AUD.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@thelabellunora.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
