How long until my order is dispatched?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.

How long does delivery take once dispatched?

Standard AU delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email — what do I do?

First check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still not there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend your tracking details.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?

Occasionally tracking can take 24–48 hours to update once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If it hasn't moved after that, reach out and we'll investigate.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address and we'll do our best to update it.
